Sandis Tsaka

Sandis possesses exceptional visionary and strategic leadership skills that have led to his appointment to various boards and directorships of private and public companies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy Management and has a successful track record in both the public and private sectors. He is an active member of professional organizations, including the PNG Institute of Directors and the Australian Institute of Directors. He is also affiliated with associations such as the Enga Cultural Show and Provincial Aids Council. 

As a sports enthusiast, Sandis has demonstrated strong leadership in revitalizing PNG's National Sport of Rugby League and the PNGRFL since becoming Chairman in late 2013. He has exhibited unwavering determination in implementing significant governance and management reforms within the sport's administration, resulting in substantial growth in the game. 

Furthermore, Sandis has undertaken numerous meaningful community initiatives and social engagements that have had a positive impact on both rural and urban communities. He has addressed issues such as women and gender, youth, violence, drug abuse, crime, and ethnic conflicts through his work and leadership in community-based organizations.
